The Ohio College of Massotherapy
The Ohio College of Massotherapy (OCM) was founded in May of 1973 as the Buckeye College of Massotherapy, a non-profit higher educational institution. The name was changed to the Ohio College of Massotherapy, Inc. in April of 1984. OCM has been teaching massage to students on campus for over 35 years!
The Ohio College of Massotherapy is an adult vocational education program offered to those who meet our admissions criteria regardless of race, color, creed, sex, religion, age, or national origin.
The college was started to meet the growing demand of highly skilled massage professionals. From a first graduating class of three, the college has grown in numbers. Right now, we have over 2,000 alumni.
Our students will be provided with thorough training to enable them to pass the State of Ohio Medical Board exams for licensure. To ensure this, we offer small classes, individual attention, caring and qualified instructors, cooperation, and support among staff and students.
