Interested in starting?
If you are interested in enrolling in our program, call the college to set up an appointment for a personal interview. The purpose of this interview is to review information about the school, answer any questions you may have, and receive a tour of the facilities. After the interview, you will receive the necessary forms to complete for enrollment in our classes or you can print them from our website, however all forms must be completed prior to the first day of classes.
- Application for Preliminary Education Certificate from the State Medical Board of Ohio. Also located on the State Medical Board of Ohio website
- Copy of your high school transcript or GED and college transcripts.
- Photograph (passport size).
All students who are interested in attending the Ohio College of Massotherapy please download and fill out the application packet with all of the initial forms which are required for application to the college.
**We reserve the right to deny admittance in our program to any person whose medical history or behavior would make it inappropriate to enter our program. We do not discriminate against anyone for reasons of race, creed, gender, age, and religion or national origin.
Transfer Credits
Students who would like to apply for transfer credits must submit official college transcripts to admissions prior to the enrollment appointment. Your transcript as well as all other information will be submitted to the Director of Admissions for review.
Re-enrolling
For students who would like to re-enroll please contact admissions to walk you through this process. All students who would like re-enroll need to be paid up-to-date. If you have any questions about re-enrolling please contact admissions.
